Occupancy Update, 4/22

Posted on April 22nd, 2021 at 3:43 pm

The Larimer County Department of Health & Environment (LCDHE) has issued a new public health order to help guide the county through the next phase of the Covid-19 pandemic and toward a full reopening. Most Larimer County businesses, events, and other activities will now be able to operate with fewer restrictions and increased capacity limits.

The Larimer County requirements are similar to Level Blue requirements of Colorado’s former Dial 3.0 framework.

C.B. & Potts along with other county restaurants may now operate with no capacity limits however 6 feet of distance between separate groups is required for indoor seating, which may eliminate capacity to less than 100 percent. Outdoor / Patio seating may be spread closer than 6 feet between separate groups with no capacity limits.

 In addition…

– Restaurant employees must wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth

-Restaurants are to ensure maximum ventilation indoors

-Restaurants will continue to deep clean and disinfect all shared surfaces between parties /at each turnover

-Last call in Larimer County is now 2am

Larimer County is currently in Level Yellow- Concern on Colorado Dial 3.0 which standardizes different levels of openness at the county level.

For restaurants, including C.B. & Potts, this means that we may operate at 50% or 150 people, whichever is fewer.

We are also continuing to implement the other recommendations from the county.

Good news! We’re open for indoor dining!

Larimer County has authorized C B & Potts Collindale to reopen at 25% Capacity for indoor dining!

Officials have made an onsite inspection and approved our restaurant to reopen immediately for indoor dining after Larimer County was approved this week for the state’s 5 Star Program.  The 5 Star Program allows counties to approve restaurants to open for indoor dining at 25% capacity even if the county is in the Level Red Covid-19 restriction that only allows for takeout and outdoor patio seating.

With new protocols in place at Potts Collindale, you can now enjoy your favorite food and drink selection indoors!  At 25%, space may be limited so call ahead seating is suggested.

Of course, our spacious southern exposure, sunny patio continues to be open and has plenty of heaters to keep you warm and toasty if you prefer to dine outdoors.
