Taste of Fall is on Now at C.B. & Potts!

LAKEWOOD, WA – The RAM and C.B. & Potts Restaurants and Breweries welcome the change of the seasons with the debut of their,” Taste of Fall” special menu. Perfect to accompany cooler temperatures and fall colors, this limited time menu features past favorites in addition to some new and sensational creations. “We have some great items on our fall menu for guests to indulge in and enjoy! Our menu has something that will fit everyone’s taste buds, especially those foodie guests who like to pair our menu with any of our frosty hand-crafted beers,” said James Cassidy, Culinary and Purchasing Director.

“Our Blackened Chicken Mac and Cheese is the comfort food item of the fall!” declares Chef Cassidy. Featuring Cavatappi Pasta in shredded smoked Gouda cheese sauce with garlic roasted shiitake, button and crimini mushrooms and topped with skillet seared and julienned blackened chicken, Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese, rich marinara and parmesan. “It is the balance of sugar and acid, plus the herbs and spices that are a great complement to the season and our Oktoberfest Bier”, Cassidy added.

For burger lovers, the Rhinelander is the perfect choice! A grilled seasoned beef patty, cooked to your taste and topped with a hearty split bratwurst, stoneground mustard aioli, creamy Wisconsin Havarti Cheese, sautéed onions, red bell pepper and sauerkraut served on a pretzel bun. Of course, The Rhinelander pairs well with any of our fresh and local beers including the Taster Curl. Boasting six beer selections, guests can discover their favorite from the assorted choices always on tap.

In addition to the Blackened Chicken Mac & Cheese and the Rhinelander Burger, a few other fall entrées include a popular Ahi Tuna Melt Sandwich, the Zesty Fire Grilled Steak Salad, and the legendary PBB & JJ Burger featuring a grilled beef patty topped with peanut butter, roasted jalapenos, fresh arugula, house-made roma jam, cheddar cheese and hickory smoked bacon… it is absolutely crazy good!

To start off guest’s experience, The Dublin Quesadilla appetizer is fast becoming a guest favorite! Featuring a flour tortilla, it’s filled with julienned corned beef, Wisconsin Swiss Cheese and sauerkraut served with tasty horseradish cream and Thousand Island dipping sauces.

For dessert, what better way to round out lunch or dinner than with the Granny Smith Apple Fritter? Made with Granny Smith Apples and Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Cider, it’s slow baked to order and served warm with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream.

Along with The Taste of Fall Menu, We are also introducing new drinks including the Mint Tea Mojito, Fireball Strawberry Peach Tea and Deep Eddy Lemon Mint Tea. Beer Cocktails featuring our hand-crafted beers include the “Coconut Blonde, “ with 1800 Coconut Tequila and Blonde Ale, “Jimmy B’s Lemon Hefe,” with Jim Beam and Hefeweizen and the “Angry Blonde,” featuring Angry Orchard Crisp Apple and Blonde Ale.
