March Beer of the month at C.B.&Potts: 71 Pale Ale
The most recent brew to join the year-round line-up at C.B.&Potts is the 71 Pale Ale and featured this March at all C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Brewery locations. Named for the year RAM International, C.B.&Potts’ parent company, was established in Washington, the brew honors the original founders of the restaurant.
The 71 Pale Ale is a distinctly drinkable Pale Ale brewed with a touch of rye and a blend of five hops. It is deep copper in color, has a subtle spicy rye character and an enjoyable flavor of hops.
C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Brewery brews its’ own ales and lagers on the premises of their locations. Hand-crafted beers such as the 71 Pale Ale and the Big Horn Blonde Ale are featured year-round, while other brews are considered “seasonal” and alternate on the taps throughout the year.
With 29 locations in seven states, C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Brewery is a family owned and operated business headquartered in Lakewood, Wash.
