Craft-Brewed Selections at CB & Potts
CB&Potts Restaurant and
Brewery is celebrating autumn with a limited
time menu featuring food items inspired
and made with our hand-crafted ales and
lagers.
Enjoy selections such as
the Alaskan Arctic Cod, Chips and Kickin’
Slaw where the cod is dipped in our Big
Horn Hefeweizen batter and cooked golden,
the Big Red BBQ Baby Back Ribs, which are
slow-roasted in our Big Red Ale and flame-grilled,
or the Black and Bleu Steak Sandwich where
Top Sirloin is marinated in our Total Disorder
Porter blended with twisted hickory flavored
tomato sauce, molasses and fresh herbs then
char-broiled with a BBQ sauce that is also
made with our Porter.
These and several other selections
are cooked with the fresh, hand-craft brewed
ales and lagers which are brewed on the
premises at each of our locations.
CB&Potts Restaurant and
Brewery is a family-owned-and-operated business
headquartered in Lakewood, Wash. Established
in 1971, the company has 27 locations in
seven states and two new locations are scheduled
to open early next year.
