Celebrate Summer with Seafood at C.B.&Potts

Now thru July 4th Weekend, all C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Breweries will be featuring wild and natural delicacies from Alaska and the Pacific. Partnering with Alaskan Seafood, this annual promotion is always popular at C.B.&Potts whose passion and commitment is to serve you the most flavorful selections from these areas.

The menu includes wild and sustainable Alaskan salmon, crab and cod selections in addition to jumbo prawns and Ahi tuna. Enjoy new selections to this year’s summer promotion menu including sandwiches like the King Crab and Artichoke Melt served on a grilled baguette or the always popular Ahi Tuna Melt, flat grilled and served on a bun with ginger-chili mayo and a pineapple ring! Entrees include Teriyaki Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, Wild Alaska Cod Tostada, yummy Crab and Shrimp Enchiladas with Alaska Snow Crab and Rock Shrimp or Seared Yellow Fin Tuna served over coconut ginger rice with lemon cream and peanut ginger sauce. There’s also an assortment of Garden Fresh Salads including Grilled Alaska Sockeye Salmon or the Crab and Shrimp Cake Peking!

During the Seafood Celebration, C.B.&Potts is also featuring Barefoot Winery Chardonnay and Merlot with specials by the glass or the bottle, the Jose Cuervo Blue Pacific Alaskan Breeze Margarita served ice cold , and Skyy Vodka Lemonade selections. Their featured beer is their own Barefoot Wit Belgian-style White Ale which is this summer’s seasonal brew, hand-craft by the award winning brewers of C.B.&Potts.
