Celebrate Summer with Seafood at C.B.&Potts

Beginning June 4 C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Brewery will be featuring wild and natural delicacies from Alaska and the Pacific. Partnering with Alaskan Seafood, this annual promotion is always popular at C.B.&Potts whose passion and commitment is to serve you the most flavorful selections from these areas.

The menu includes wild and sustainable Alaskan salmon, crab and cod selections in addition to jumbo prawns and Ahi tuna. Enjoy new selections to this year’s summer promotion menu including sandwiches like the Jumbo Prawn Club made with sautéed Wild Sinaloa White Prawns and the Wild Ahi Tuna Salad Sandwich made with seared Wild Yellow Fin Ahi Tuna. Entrées include the Five-Spiced Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Fillet and the Chimichurri Wild Alaska True Cod caught on a long-line and pan-seared—both served with vegetable orzo pasta and fresh asparagus. The Strawberry Orange Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Salad features a simply grilled salmon fillet served over a bed of fresh lettuce tossed with red onions, mushrooms, zucchini, marinated cucumber, sliced strawberries and mandarin oranges accompanied by a Strawberry-Dijon dressing.

During the Seafood Celebration, C.B.&Potts is also featuring LaCrema Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with specials by the glass or the bottle, the Jose Cuervo Tradicional Summer Pacific Breeze Margarita served with an ice cold shaker, Corona and Pacifico by the bottle and the hand-crafted Barefoot Wit Belgian-style White Ale which is this summer’s seasonal brew that is craft-brewed by the award winning brewers of C.B.&Potts Restaurant and Brewery.
