C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery is tapping their Big Dread Organic IPA today, Monday, April 20th, at all locations. Big Dread is brewed from organic grains that lend a mellow, malt profile to create a hazy, copper-hued IPA. With potent additions of citra and simcoe hops that create billowing aromas and resinous flavors, this is C.B. & Potts’ kindest IPA.

BurgerRama on Now at C.B. & Potts Restaurant & Brewery

C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery is pleased to announce the debut of eight new tempting burger creations in conjunction with the return of BurgerRama. Featured now and for a limited time only, the 8th Annual BurgerRama choices are loaded with fresh ingredients that perfectly capture new and exciting flavors.

The Huevos Green Chili Burger is sure to be a guest favorite. Featuring a seasoned grilled beef patty served open-face on a Kaiser Bun and smothered with Colorado green chili pork stew, shredded Wisconsin pepper jack and topped with an over easy fried egg. Potts crowns it with a roasted Anaheim pepper and fresh cilantro.

Another rising star, the Crispy Pork Belly Burger, features a seasoned grilled beef patty generously topped with crispy pork belly, served on a pretzel bun with roma jam, fresh arugula and stone ground mustard.

Wisconsin Cheeses also bring out the inspired flavors of the Mushroom Burger Melt, and the Spring Salad. Other Stars include The Touch of Seoul Burger with Korean BBQ Sauce and The Cuba Libre Sandwich featuring pulled pork jalapeno carnitas. The Mahi Fish Sandwich, fabulous Grilled Turkey Cobbler and Chicken Bánh-Mi Sandwich round out the menu and are ideal complements to this innovative Burger lineup.

For appetizers, enjoy the sharable loaded Stuffed Tater Tots, bursting with cheddar-jack, hickory smoked bacon and green onion with roasted tomato chili aioli dipping sauce. Also suggested is the Spinach Feta Cheese Dip topped with olive tapenade. Both are the perfect starters.

For dessert, Potts’ guests will be wowed by the decadent Bananas Fauxster featuring vanilla ice cream, marshmallow crème, Oreo Cookie crumbs, salted caramel sauce, and caramelized banana. It’s finished with Oreo churros and whipped cream. Ask for extra spoons and enjoy!

Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal Winning Brew On-Tap Now at C.B. & Potts

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – The Weasel, a 2014 Great American Beer Festival gold medal winner, is now on tap for a limited time at all C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery locations. Brewed by Ty Nash out of the Highlands Ranch brewery location, this German festbeir took top honors in the Dartmunder or German-style Oktoberfest category, represented Nash’s first medal and was awarded on his fifth anniversary with C.B. & Potts.

“To win gold in a category that is considered by many to be a very difficult style to brew is beyond my wildest dreams.  Many thanks go out to those who have helped me explore my passion as I pour my heart and soul to a fault into every batch I brew,” said Nash of his win at the GABF.

The Weasel, a medium bodied lager, is bright golden in color with a mildsweet maltiness, slight grassy nose and a clean, balanced hop finish. This traditional Oktoberfest style is NOT a wheat beer.

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery was honored with a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO. While already celebrating his fifth anniversary at C.B. & Potts, Brewer Ty Nash was rewarded with his first medal and the highest accolade from one of the most prestigious beer events in the world. Proudly presenting, “The Weasel”, the beer was the judge’s first choice in the German style fest beer category.


“To win gold in a category that is considered by many to be a very difficult style to brew is beyond my wildest dreams.  Many thanks go out to those who have helped me explore my passion as I pour my heart and soul to a fault into every batch I brew,” said Nash of his win at the GABF. The Weasel is a classic Fest Bier which featured a mildly sweet maltiness and a clean, balanced hop character.


The company was also awarded a silver medal in the Historical category for their White Eagle Wheat out of Schaumburg, IL. C.B. & Potts “Bigger, Better, Fresher” beers promise quality, consistency, and drinkability. Earning guest loyalty and industry recognition, the company has won an unprecedented 48 GABF medals since 1996. This year marks the 15th consecutive year that company brewers have been fortunate enough to have been awarded medals from the Great American Beer Festival.

The Barefoot Wit is the perfect summer complement, presenting a relaxing mix of barley, wheat, and oats, spiced with orange peel and coriander and brewed with a unique Belgian yeast. A 2013 bronze medal winner at the North American Beer Awards, the Barefoot Wit is the best companion on a warm summer day!

BROOMFIELD, CO – C.B. & Potts Restaurant recently donated $358.20 to Eldorado K-8 through their successful Takeover Fundraising Program. “The Eldorado Middle School Fundraiser at C.B. & Potts was a great success! Our dining room was full of K-8 students and their families, it was a fun night for all! We are proud to give back to the local programs and look forward to hosting more Takeover Fundraising nights,” said Marsha Rosa, Flatirons C.B. & Potts Store Leader.

Schools taking part in this program choose an evening to invite family and friends to dine at C.B. & Potts. Teachers and staff team up with servers to take orders and provide a fun and interactive event paired with great C.B. & Potts food! The school receives a percentage of the sales from their event to be put toward their special programs!
