Breckenridge C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Taphouse to Open in November

FORT COLLINS,CO – RAM International Family of Restaurants announced today that the company will be opening its eighth Colorado C.B. & Potts location this November in Breckenridge, CO.

Known for Sporting Great Food and proudly serving their own Frosty Handcrafted Beers, C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Taproom will be located at 231 S. Main Street in a newly renovated building near the center of downtown. “We are looking forward to opening our newest restaurant in Breckenridge,” said Jeff Iverson, President of RAM International. “The building has great character along with two spectacular patios that feature beautiful mountain views, our location is the best in town.”

The new C.B. & Potts is approximately 5800 square feet, with seating for 205 guests inside and an additional 100 on the outside patios. The menu will boast tried and true C.B. & Potts favorites, including Legendary Burgers and piled high Sandwiches, tasty Ribs and Steaks, Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Fresh Salads, Blackened Chicken Mac & Cheese and sustainable grilled Alaskan Salmon. “Our chefs do an outstanding job creating delicious menu choices that can stand alone or pair perfectly with C.B. & Potts craft brewed beers. Nothing is better than an ice cold beer after a day on the mountain and C.B. & Potts Breckenridge will be pouring our refreshing, medal-winning flagships and rotating seasonal beers,” commented Iverson.

C.B. & Potts will be the perfect dining spot, a great place for happy hour or late night fun and a sports fan’s dream featuring state-of-the-art TV’s in the restaurant and lounge. “The new C.B. & Potts Breckenridge will be warm, cozy and inviting set in a comfortable, Colorado casual environment,” said Iverson.

C.B. & Potts opened its first Colorado location in Fort Collins over 40 years ago and in 2014 initiated a, unique for the industry, Employees Stock Option Plan (ESOP) where vested team members are now owners of the company. Iverson added, “Our team members own the restaurant and will take great pride in serving their guests great food, crafted with the freshest locally sourced ingredients.” The new Breckenridge location will employ approximately 90 people.

The General Contractor for the C.B. & Potts building renovation in Breckenridge is Heath Construction of Fort Collins, Colorado. Senior Project Management is being provided by David Stolte of Heath along with David Barber of RAM International / C.B. & Potts.


C.B. & Potts Joins the Fight with New Pink Drinks and Fall Appetizers

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery is introducing their new Drink Pink selections. One dollar from each Pink Drink purchased will be donated to the American Cancer Society to raise awareness and money to help finish the fight.

The Drink Pink features include the popular Soco Sangria with Southern Comfort, merlot, sweet and sour and pineapple juice. The Pink Shandy with Absolute Citron, muddled lemons, simple syrup, Pom Pomegranate juice and topped with RAM Hefeweizen Beer. Guests will also enjoy the Black Opal Marg with el Jimador Blanco Tequila, Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, muddle limes and sweet and sour. The featured wine is Ménage à Trois Rosé, enjoy it by the glass or bottle.

C.B. & Potts new featured appetizers are the perfect complement to any of their Pink Drinks or frosty C.B. & Potts hand-crafted beers. The Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is heating up the fall with buffalo sauce, diced buffalo chicken, Wisconsin Mozzarella and Crumbled Blue Cheese, finished with sliced green onion and drizzled ranch dressing. No one can resist the Colorado Fries covered with cheddar jack cheese, smothered with house-made hatch green chili stew and topped with sliced green onion and sour cream. And the Buffalo Chicken Nachos with cheddar jack cheese, grilled chopped onions, diced celery, buffalo chicken, Wisconsin Blue Cheese crumbled and finished with green onions and ranch dressing round out the menu with a little southwestern flair.

LAKEWOOD, WA – The RAM and C.B. & Potts Restaurants and Breweries welcome the change of the seasons with the debut of their,” Taste of Fall” special menu. Perfect to accompany cooler temperatures and fall colors, this limited time menu features past favorites in addition to some new and sensational creations. “We have some great items on our fall menu for guests to indulge in and enjoy! Our menu has something that will fit everyone’s taste buds, especially those foodie guests who like to pair our menu with any of our frosty hand-crafted beers,” said James Cassidy, Culinary and Purchasing Director.

“Our Blackened Chicken Mac and Cheese is the comfort food item of the fall!” declares Chef Cassidy. Featuring Cavatappi Pasta in shredded smoked Gouda cheese sauce with garlic roasted shiitake, button and crimini mushrooms and topped with skillet seared and julienned blackened chicken, Wisconsin Mozzarella Cheese, rich marinara and parmesan. “It is the balance of sugar and acid, plus the herbs and spices that are a great complement to the season and our Oktoberfest Bier”, Cassidy added.

For burger lovers, the Rhinelander is the perfect choice! A grilled seasoned beef patty, cooked to your taste and topped with a hearty split bratwurst, stoneground mustard aioli, creamy Wisconsin Havarti Cheese, sautéed onions, red bell pepper and sauerkraut served on a pretzel bun. Of course, The Rhinelander pairs well with any of our fresh and local beers including the Taster Curl. Boasting six beer selections, guests can discover their favorite from the assorted choices always on tap.

In addition to the Blackened Chicken Mac & Cheese and the Rhinelander Burger, a few other fall entrées include a popular Ahi Tuna Melt Sandwich, the Zesty Fire Grilled Steak Salad, and the legendary PBB & JJ Burger featuring a grilled beef patty topped with peanut butter, roasted jalapenos, fresh arugula, house-made roma jam, cheddar cheese and hickory smoked bacon… it is absolutely crazy good!

To start off guest’s experience, The Dublin Quesadilla appetizer is fast becoming a guest favorite! Featuring a flour tortilla, it’s filled with julienned corned beef, Wisconsin Swiss Cheese and sauerkraut served with tasty horseradish cream and Thousand Island dipping sauces.

BurgerRama on Now at C.B. & Potts Restaurant & Brewery

C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery is pleased to announce the debut of eight new tempting burger creations in conjunction with the return of BurgerRama. Featured now and for a limited time only, the 8th Annual BurgerRama choices are loaded with fresh ingredients that perfectly capture new and exciting flavors.

The Huevos Green Chili Burger is sure to be a guest favorite. Featuring a seasoned grilled beef patty served open-face on a Kaiser Bun and smothered with Colorado green chili pork stew, shredded Wisconsin pepper jack and topped with an over easy fried egg. Potts crowns it with a roasted Anaheim pepper and fresh cilantro.

Another rising star, the Crispy Pork Belly Burger, features a seasoned grilled beef patty generously topped with crispy pork belly, served on a pretzel bun with roma jam, fresh arugula and stone ground mustard.

Wisconsin Cheeses also bring out the inspired flavors of the Mushroom Burger Melt, and the Spring Salad. Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal Winning Brew On-Tap Now at C.B. & Potts

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – The Weasel, a 2014 Great American Beer Festival gold medal winner, is now on tap for a limited time at all C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery locations. Brewed by Ty Nash out of the Highlands Ranch brewery location, this German festbeir took top honors in the Dartmunder or German-style Oktoberfest category, represented Nash’s first medal and was awarded on his fifth anniversary with C.B. & Potts.

“To win gold in a category that is considered by many to be a very difficult style to brew is beyond my wildest dreams.  Many thanks go out to those who have helped me explore my passion as I pour my heart and soul to a fault into every batch I brew,” said Nash of his win at the GABF.

The Weasel, a medium bodied lager, is bright golden in color with a mildsweet maltiness, slight grassy nose and a clean, balanced hop finish. This traditional Oktoberfest style is NOT a wheat beer.

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – C.B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery was honored with a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO. While already celebrating his fifth anniversary at C.B. & Potts, Brewer Ty Nash was rewarded with his first medal and the highest accolade from one of the most prestigious beer events in the world. Proudly presenting, “The Weasel”, the beer was the judge’s first choice in the German style fest beer category.


“To win gold in a category that is considered by many to be a very difficult style to brew is beyond my wildest dreams.  Many thanks go out to those who have helped me explore my passion as I pour my heart and soul to a fault into every batch I brew,” said Nash of his win at the GABF. The Weasel is a classic Fest Bier which featured a mildly sweet maltiness and a clean, balanced hop character.


The company was also awarded a silver medal in the Historical category for their White Eagle Wheat out of Schaumburg, IL. C.B. & Potts “Bigger, Better, Fresher” beers promise quality, consistency, and drinkability. Earning guest loyalty and industry recognition, the company has won an unprecedented 48 GABF medals since 1996. This year marks the 15th consecutive year that company brewers have been fortunate enough to have been awarded medals from the Great American Beer Festival.
