This American-Style Pale Ale was concocted around having 8 pounds of Mandarina hops and wanting to showcase them in truly Colorado manner. Notes of mandarin orange surround this simple, yet very quaffable pale ale.
This first-wort- hopped south-German- Style Pilsner is light, crisp, and well-balanced, with a pronounced noble hop character typical of the style.
Dylan was jealous of Shayla getting to make a beer, so he volunteered his time and came in to help Jake make this nice robust Belgian Dubbel. It has some characteristic bubblegum and clove notes from the Belgian Abbey yeasts used, and sweet, caramel/cocoa flavors from the malt.
This West Coast (West Side!) Red ale has assertive hop characters ranging from pine to cherries, balanced by sensitive malt characters ranging from biscuit to caramel.
A rich Amber Sahti with dark caramel malts, a complex banana(y) yeast, and lots of cedar-like juniper boughs.
