Buttface Amber Ale

Our most popular brand. Buttface Amber Ale is the most complex of our beer lineup with a combination of five different malts and four different hop varieties. Not only can you enjoy a Buttface Amber Ale in our restaurants, we also serve it in some of America's premiere sports venues like the RCA Dome in Indianapolis. Buttface Amber is now available in six packs and cases for off site consumption at most of our restaurant/brewery locations.

Big Horn Hefeweizen

A true German-style hefeweizen made with 45% malted wheat, unmalted wheat, Munich malt and 2-row barley. The yeast is a southern German style strain. The flavor profile includes clove and banana undertones. This beer is unfiltered and slightly phenolic. The hop additions are all traditional Hallertauer hops.

Blonde

With its' eye-catching packaging, Big Horn Blonde also doesn't disappoint in the taste department. This beer can be categorized as a golden ale. It is designed to attract the beginning micro beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops gives this ale a crisp, clean character that is not challenging to a novice. The Blonde is now available in six packs and cases for off site consumption at most of our restaurant/brewery locations.

Big Red Ale

The hoppiest of our beers. This beer is closely related to an American style India Pale Ale. The grist composition is 92% pale malt with the remaining grain bill consisting of carastan malts. The hop character comes from the Simcoe and Amarillo hop varieties.

Total Disorder Porter

This is the silver medal winner in the Brown Porter division of the 1996 Great American Beer Festival. The mash temperature is higher to produce body and mouth feel. The 2-row barley base, in addition to a combination of chocolate and carastan malts, gives this beer a smooth, round character with chocolate undertones. Many people who normally don't drink dark beers will enjoy this beer.

Big Horn Soda

Brewed on premise in many of our stores, our recipe uses premium (and secret!) ingredients for a fresh, homemade draft taste! Always served in one of our cold, ice-frosted mugs! Big Horn Root Beer is now available in six packs and cases for off site consumption at all of our locations.
