OUR HISTORY

We are all about great food, ice-cold hand-crafted beer and creating memories, and we have been for nearly 40 years. In 1974, the first C.B. & Potts opened as a “Deluxe Tavern” in Fort Collins. Today, we operate six locations throughout Colorado – as well as our sister brand, The RAM, in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.

Over the years, what began as “Deluxe Taverns” have grown into the casual, family-oriented restaurants for which we are known and loved. We are dedicated to creating superior quality food, and committed to providing our friends an environment of Gracious Hospitality. From the moment you are greeted at our front door, you will feel like a special guest dining in our home.

In 1996, we began brewing our own beer and contributing to the successful evolution of the craft beer industry. Our passionate and talented brewers strive to create the freshest, most “drinkable” beers you will find, and their efforts have garnered the C.B. & Potts over 100 medals from institutions as prestigious as the NABA and GABF. We celebrate our brewers’ ingenuity each and every day with a rotating selection of “seasonal” creations, which are locally brewed, by hand, with the freshest local ingredients. You will always find samples of their hard work at local festivals up and down the Colorado Front Range.

As a growing family of restaurants, we are devoted to positively impacting the communities we serve. Our 400 smiling team members are here to assist with everything from K-8 “school take-over” events to large-scale benefits. We love to hear from all of our local schools and organizations and look forward to helping our local communities.

As we approach our 40th anniversary, the future is promising. We look forward to bringing our innovative menus and award winning beer to Colorado Springs in 2014, while continuing to craft memories with our amazing team members and guests.
